Supreme Court’s deadline to CBI on Viveka’s Case!

The mystery murder of YS Vivekananda Reddy has been ongoing, and the Supreme Court of India recently expressed its profound regret about the case’s development. The CBI personnel conducting the investigation were deemed to be in error by the Supreme Court, and today the court has made significant adjustments.

The Supreme Court disqualified the investigation team’s Ram Singh, ordering the CBI to form a new Special Investigation Team (SIT) and start the proceedings within the following six months. The Supreme Court further underlined that the suspects may submit a regular bail petition in the event that the CBI’s SIT is unable to conclude the probe by the set deadline.

The Supreme Court heard the CBI’s arguments before making this decision. The CBI notified the Supreme Court that “the investigation will be finished by April 30th and an additional charge-sheet will be filed very shortly.”

Keshav Ram Chaurasia, an IPS officer, will take charge of the new SIT the CBI has established to look into Viveka’s murder on orders from the Supreme Court. This is a significant turn of events because Ram Singh had been accused of numerous offences while looking into this issue and had several cases filed against him at the Kadapa police station.

As the case was given to the Hyderabad wing, the investigation moved quickly. Regrettably, after hearing the arguments stated earlier in the day, the Supreme Court has moved CBI officer Ram Singh.
