The actor revealed that she routinely experiments with weight training and likes to eat simple, home-cooked meals. “Instead of skin treatments and Botox, I prefer strength training, walking, Surya namaskars, and doing my little tasks on my own,” Bebo added. As for her diet, Kareena is a self-described foodie and a frequent traveler who has had the opportunity to sample cuisines from all over the world. She loves home-cooked meals more than anything else. Actually, Bebo has begun cooking with her famous husband, Saif Ali Khan. It’s interesting to note that, like many Indians, Kareena loves khichdi the most. “My comfort food is khichdi, and if I don’t have it for two to three days, I start craving it,” the actor revealed.
