The period action drama, which premiered in Japan in October 2022, is still performing well in theatres. Due to high demand, the film will now be shown in an additional 27 IMAX theatres in Japan. For the past five months, RRR has been on a tear in Japan.

On October 21, Jr NTR and Ram Charan’s RRR hit Japanese theatres. The film spawned a massive fan base in Japan, with fans creating anime, merchandise, and other creative works.
RRR has been out in Japan for over five months. The film is still doing well and setting records at the box office. RRR will be shown in 27 additional IMAX theatres across the country beginning today, April 7. RRR’s official Twitter account stated, “From today, 27 IMAX theatres have been added across Japan.
