Making a film with a single character is a difficult task, but Director Srinivasu Kakarla has accomplished it admirably. He was able to complete this due to his experience co-directing films for famous director ‘Bapu’ garu and his decades of association with Telugu and Hindi cinema. That is how ‘Hello Meera’ came to be. Gargeyi Yallapragada, who made her Tollywood debut as a heroine in ‘Evvariki Cheppodhu,’ appeared in ‘Hello Meera’ as a single character. In general, directors and producers play it safe by making suspense and thriller films with two or three characters.In contrast, Srinivasu Kakarla has created a rich and beautiful story and shaped ‘Hello Meera’ in such a way that it feels like a full-fledged family drama.

In a nutshell, the story appears to be very simple. However, the manner in which it is depicted is novel. Meera prepares to marry Kalyan, whom she has loved for two years. Meera, who works in Hyderabad, is in her hometown of Vijayawada as wedding preparations begin. The story begins on the day before her wedding ceremony. She receives a phone call while driving home in her own car after picking up her wedding gown from the tailor. It’s from the Raidurgam Police Station in Hyderabad! According to SI Vikram, a young man named Sudheer, whom Meera had previously loved, committed suicide and had written her name in the suicide note.Meera is taken aback when she hears this. At this happy point in her life, when she is about to marry someone she loves, she begins to wonder where this age-old romance and suicide attempt will lead her. She claims she has already broken up with Sudheer, but the SI ignores her. He issues an urgent summons to report to the police station in Hyderabad.And Mira, who was supposed to be home soon… She makes a U-turn and drives to the Hyderabad motorway. In the midst of this journey, her parents’ calls from home, the calls of her future groom Kalyan… and in the midst of threatening police station calls… What was Meera’s response to all of this? How did she persuade them? How does her life, which becomes entangled in an unexpected whirlwind, find a calm shore? This is the plot of the film.
