Here’s what you can watch on streaming platforms in April 2023 — from Indian Matchmaking season 3 on Netflix to Citadel on Amazon Prime Video.
There will be more television in April if you still have room for your viewing schedule after Succession and Ted Lasso’s fresh seasons returned in March. Citadel, a Priyanka Chopra-starring murder thriller; Indian Matchmaking 3; Jubilee, a return to the Golden Era of Indian cinema; and The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel’s last season, all of which are guilty pleasures.
IRL – In Real Love: Netflix

The first dating reality programme on Netflix is called In Real Love. Four single people looking for love negotiate the ups and downs of their relationships through offline and online contacts, according to the official description of the show. Will they pick online romance or offline dating? Gauahar Khan and Rannvijay Singh will serve as hosts.
Jubilee: Amazon Prime Video
Streaming on: April 7
Jubilee, a movie directed by Vikramaditya Motwane, is set during the Bollywood Golden Age. “A studio boss, his movie star wife, a trusty aide, a rising star, a nautch girl, and a refugee and the gambles they’re willing to take in pursuit of their ambitions, passion, ambition, and love” are the subjects of the story. Prosenjit Chatterjee, Aditi Rao Hydari, Aparshakti Khurana, Wamiqa Gabbi, Sidhant Gupta, Nandish Sandhu, and Ram Kapoor are among the actors who support the series. On April 7, the first five episodes of the show will go live on streaming services, and the final five episodes will follow on April 14.
Rennervations: Disney+ Hotstar

In the four-part, unscripted series Rennervations, actor Jeremy Renner restores used cars so that local communities in need can use them. Renner’s travels across the world will be depicted in the series. On his travel to India, the actor Anil Kapoor will be with him. The evening will also feature appearances from Vanessa Hudgens, Sebastian Yatra, and Anthony Mackie, among other celebrities. Renner had stated in the series’ trailer that he would recreate “decommissioned government vehicles” to assist local communities in Rajasthan, Reno, Chicago, and Cabo San Lucas in a “new way” throughout the course of the series.
The Marvelous Mrs Maisel S5: Prime Video

The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel’s Miriam Midge Maisel (Rachel Brosnahan) will get closer to her long-awaited accomplishment in the final season, but she’ll also learn that there’s still a long way to go. On April 14, the first three episodes of the show will be available for streaming. After that, a new episode will be released every week. The sitcom also stars Tony Shalhoub, Alex Borstein, Marin Hinkle, Michael Zegen, Kevin Pollak, Caroline Aaron, Reid Scott, Alfie Fuller, and Jason Ralph in addition to Brosnahan. On May 26, the series’ penultimate episode will premiere.
Mrs Undercover: ZEE5

Radhika Apte plays a housewife in the ZEE5 movie Mrs. Undercover before being rehired as an undercover agent to stop a serial killer who preys on strong, independent women. The movie appears to be enjoyable based on the trailer, where Apte’s Durga goes from being a modest housewife to an undercover spy who dispatches crooks with the same ease that she manages her family. Indrashish Roy, Angana Roy, Laboni Sarkar, Roshni Bhattacharya, Sumeet Vyas, Shaheb Chattopadhyay, and Biswajeet Chakraborty are also featured in the movie.
Plane: Lionsgate Play

Plane, starring Mike Colter and Gerard Butler, will debut on Lionsgate Play in India. The story follows pilot Brodie, who becomes stuck in a hostile environment and has to make an emergency landing in the middle of a storm while hauling a wanted man. Will Brodie reach his daughter after seriously damaging his aircraft? The Indian Express’ Alaka Sahni stated in her review of the movie, “Plane isn’t the best suspense thriller. But a bag of popcorn will definitely go well with that.
Tooth Pari: When Love Bites: Netflix
Streaming on: April 20
The fantasy thriller Film Pari, in which Shantanu Maheshwari and Tanya Maniktala star, centres on a human-vampire love affair. Shantanu plays a dentist in the show, and Tanya’s character, Rumi, is a vampire. Tanya, who has a damaged fang, seeks treatment from Shantanu, and the two fall in love. On April 20, when the series debuts on Netflix, we’ll find out what will happen to their romance. Adil Hussain, Revathy, Saswata Chatterjee, and Tillotama Shome are also featured.

On April 28, Citadel, the Russo Brothers’ (Anthony and Joe Russo) highly anticipated series starring Priyanka Chopra and Richard Madden, will finally begin to stream on Prime Video. Two elite agents of the international spy organisation Citadel, Mason Kane (Madden) and Nadia Sinh (Chopra), are the focus of the six-episode spy drama. Eight years ago, they both survived a life-threatening attack, but now they both have new identities and their memories have been erased. But soon they are back on a crusade to save the planet as Mason is pursued by an old friend, Bernard Orlick (Stanley Tucci), who needs his assistance. Lesley Manville, Osy Ikhile, Ashleigh Cummings, Roland Muller, and Caoilinn Springall are all featured in it.
